This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"i. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities particularly respondent no. 2 to pay the arrears of rent for the period 23.08.2007 till date towards the rent of premises no. S-4/50, B-1 Ardali Bazar, Varanasi, rented to the office of Consolidation Officer Pindra District Varanasi on the admission rate of rent as mentioned in latest govt. order dated 25.11.2011 admitted in the letter of Settlement Officer Concolidation, Varanasi dated 09 May 2012 to the Commissioner Varanasi in respect of payment of rent to the petitioner within some stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, ventilating her grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall look into the matter personally and do the needful in the matter after giving an opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
