JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's request for demolition of the property stated to be owned by her has not been considered favourably and hence the present writ petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3.In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is submitted that the genuinity of the documents is under verification and on enquiry, appropriate action would be taken.
4.Considering the above, the respondent herein is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016 with liberty to conduct any enquiry on the issue of ownership of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that based on the decision to be taken on the ownership, the grant of permission will have to be considered.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
