At the outset, it is contended by the learned counsel for the opposite party that he has wrongly been shown as contemnor as he has retired in the year 2004 and the order of writ Court is of the year 2017.
For the said fact, the present petition is dismissed as misconceived.
It is open for the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition with correct details.
Dismissed as such.
