By the impugned order dated 23.05.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.265 of 2016 in Crime No.178 of 2015, the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, Namakkal District granted bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the said condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, Namakkal District.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3. Heard both the sides.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, Namakkal District, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.265 of 2016 in Crime No.178 of 2015 dated 23.05.2016, in respect of reporting before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, only is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, Namakkal District, shall remain unaltered.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
