JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the proceedings in D.V.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the records. Despite the service of notice, the respondent has not appeared before this Court.
3. The in-laws, who are arrayed as the respondents in the complaint filed under Domestic Violence Act on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai, have come up with this petition to quash the complaint, contending that they were falsely implicated.
4. Perusal of the complaint reveals allegations have been made against the petitioner as well. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be allowed.
5. In such view of the matter, this quash petition is disposed of. The personal appearance of the petitioners in D.V.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the Court whenever their presence is required. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
