Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri L.V. Singh learned Additional Government Advocate.

Sri Mayaram Varma, Circle Officer, Bhadohi district Sant Ravidas Nagar, is present in the court. He has filed an affidavit. According to the affidavit the kidnapped boy Manoj Kumar has not been recovered. It is mentioned therein that he is taking appropriate steps to recover the alleged kidnapped boy but due to Assembly Election, proper efforts could not be made.

The learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted 3 weeks time to recover the alleged kidnapped boy.

List on 30.3.2012, on that date the I.O. shall appear in person.
