JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned Senior Counsel, Mr.P.C. Kavina appearing with learned counsel, Mr.Devang Vyas on behalf of the appellant states that he has taken instructions from his client and he has been told that his client is fulfilling all the criteria prescribed by the Corporation for the dealership which includes experience and income and the stand taken by the respondent - Corporation that the appellant was not fulfilling the criteria is not correct. Mr.Kavina further states that his client will file appropriate affidavit in this behalf and if it is found to be false, the appellant is ready to face contempt proceedings and perjury and he will not argue the matter further. He also states that in that case, the Court may impose heavy cost upon the appellant, if the statement of his client is not found to be correct.
Learned counsel, Ms.Minu Shah appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 is directed to keep the file ready pointing out as to how the appellant had not given application of his income and experience certificate.
The matter is adjourned to 16.7.2012.
