Heard the counsel for the parties.
Th present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow to pass appropriate orders on the application for interim protection filed by the petitioner in Revision No. REV/691/2021/Gorakhpur (Computerized Case No. R2021053100691).
It appears from the records annexed with the writ petition that the parties have already submitted their written arguments and the records of the court below have been summoned by the Board of Revenue vide its order dated 7.9.2021.
In the circumstances, no purpose would be served to direct the Board of Revenue to decide the application for interim protection and the Board of Revenue is directed to decide Revision No. REV/691/2021/Gorakhpur (Computerized Case No. R2021053100691) within a period of one month from the date a computer generated copy of the present order is filed before the Board of Revenue. In case, the records have not yet been received by the office of the Board of Revenue, the Board of Revenue shall take all appropriate steps ensuring that the records are sent to the Board of Revenue in time to ensure that the case is decided within one month.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
