Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the ends of justice would merit the representation proposed to be made by the petitioners being considered by the third respondent.
Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel states that in case the petitioner represents his case before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of two months therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
