The explanation submitted by the Section Officer, Criminal Quashing Department is not in consonance with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 15.3.2012 whereby, it had been directed that the Registrar (Judicial) shall look into the matter and explain as to why no rule had been issued at the relevant time qua respondent No.2. Under the circumstances, the Registrar (Judicial) to comply with the directions issued vide order dated 15.3.2012 in absence of which, further orders shall be passed in accordance with law.
