Mr.Nagarkar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 seeks time to file further reply on two particular aspects, whether similarly situated workman has been paid by the respondents or not and the words occurred in paragraph No.7 of judgment dated 21.08.1998 passed by this Court (Coram: S.D. Pandit, J., as he then was) in Special Civil Application No.1975 of 1997, which read as under:-
"7. ....... Instead of the order of punishment of dismissal from service, the workman Ranchhodbhai I. Chauhan is to be discharged with a payment of compensation of Rs.1 lakh and 12% interest thereon from 14.10.1996 and he would be entitled to get all other benefits like provident fund etc."
