JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to repair/construct his house.
From the jail report, it transpires that the applicant-convict was on furlough from 23.02.2012 to 07.03.2012.
On this count alone, we are not inclined to exercise discretion.
Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
