Ranchhod vs Shambhu

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Tribunal has erred in assessing permanent disability in a case of amputation of left leg above knee and also erred in applying and assessing the multiplier and other relevant loss and expenses. In support of his submission, he relied upon the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Mohan Soni vs. Ram Avtar Tomar, reported in 2012 (1) GLH 399.
