This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that no complaint is lodged against the petitioner and no enquiry is pending. He further submitted that there is no scope for any enquiry or harassment.
