Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed praying for quashing the order dated 31.08.2018, in Case No. 4740 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 691 of 2015, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Quarisi, District- Aligarh.
It is submitted that the applicant has introduced the vendee to the vendor. Co-accused, Jabbar, has already been granted interim protection vide Application u/s 482 No. 27565 of 2018. It has been stated that the dispute is also engaging attention of the civil court. In view of the fact that the co-accused has been granted interim protection by this court, the applicant may also be granted the same protection.
List and connect this case with Application u/s 482 No. 27565 of 2018.
Issue notice to the opposite party no. 2 for filing counter affidavit within four weeks.
Till the next date of listing no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant.
