By its Deputy Registrar ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for all the records of the 2nd respondent contained in O.R.A.No.188/2007/TM/CH/8063 and quash the Impugned Order dated 22.10.2010 passed by the 2nd respondent in O.R.A.No.188 of 2007/TM/CH/8063 and consequently allow O.R.A.No.188 of 2007/TM/CH/8063 and cancel the Registration granted to the first respondent under No.1005663 in Class 19 dated 26.04.2001.
For Petitioner : Mr.Madhan Babu For R1 : Mr.S.Natana Rajan For R2 : Mr.Madhana Gopal Rao O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is brought to the notice of this Court, on behalf of the Petitioner and the 1st Respondent, that subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition before this Court in W.P.No.2194 of 2011, in Appeal FAO(OS) 81/2010 and FAO(OS) 212/2008 [between Ran India Pvt. Ltd. V. Rana Steels], on 17.05.2012 the Division Bench of Delhi High Court had recorded the contents of settlement/terms mutually agreed and arrived at between the parties and ultimately disposed of the same.
2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the appeal being disposed of as aforesaid stated by the Division Bench of the Delhi High Court, this Court opines that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
3. Recording the same, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the respective parties viz., the Petitioner and the 1st Respondent to workout their remedies, of course, in the manner known to Law and in accordance with the tenor and spirit of the order of the Delhi High Court in FAO(OS)81/ 2010 and FAO(OS)212/2008 dated 17.05.2012. No costs.
