Petitioners want consideration of their claim pursuant to advertisement issued on 8.12.2011.
Record reveals that appointment itself was contractual in nature for a specific scheme and was to be made till the period of 31.3.2012. The period of more than seven years has expired since then.
There would otherwise be no justification for the petitioner to approach this Court in 2016, with the grievance as is noticed above. In case any fresh scheme is launched or vacancy is advertised afresh, it would be open for the petitioners to apply.
Subject to the observations aforesaid, this writ petition is consigned to records.
