JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in this writ petition is the First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 338 of 2010, under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S. Aaspur Deosara, District-Pratapgarh, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition.
From the perusal of the FIR, prima facie, a case of commission of cognizable offence is made out and as such, we are not inclined to quash the FIR.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
