The Original Suit No. 165 of 2018 (Ran Singh Vs. Uttar Pradesh Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank Ltd.) has been filed by the petitioner so as to challenge the recovery of agricultural loan.
Sri Manoj Nigam, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent-bank submits that the suit is misconceived inasmuch as the petitioner has taken a loan of Rs. 1,20,000/- in the year 2010.
Be that as it may, subject to filing of written statement within a period of three weeks from today, the court below shall make an endeavour to decide the Original Suit No. 165 of 2018 (Ran Singh Vs. Uttar Pradesh Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank Ltd.) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the written statement.
Subject to the above, the present petition is disposed of.
