1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant- Ramzani son of Mohd. Saddiq. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor vide letter dated 02.07.2018, after making enquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017, has informed that sole appellant Ramzani has died on 26.8.2016. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
