RULE.
Learned APP Mr. L.B. Dabhi waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for setting aside of the order dated 24.04.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Baroda and for grant of temporary bail for a period of 10 days.
In view of the averments made in this application, the above cited order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Baroda is modified to the extent that the applicant be released for a period of one day, from the date of his release. The other terms and conditions of the above cited order remain as they are.
With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
