The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide application for temporary injunction paper No. 6C in Original Suit No.1713/2017, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and along with it an application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending. The defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
