This Civil Petition is filed for transfer of M.C.Petition No.4/2018 on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Vijayapura to the VI Additional Family Court at Bengaluru.
The office has put up a note that M.C. No.4/2018 on the file of the I Additional Family Court At Vijayapura was disposed of on 04.12.2018. The case status report confirms the same.
In view of the office note, this petition does not survive for consideration. Hence the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
