JUDGMENT / ORDER

2. It is the case of the petitioner that there was matrimonial dispute between herself and her husband. While so, the petitioner's brother-in-laws threatened the petitioner to sign in the blank papers for divorce. Since she refused to sign in the blank papers, they threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint on 01.03.2017 to the first respondent and the same was transferred to the 2nd respondent, but since no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking for the above relief.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents.
