Petitioner filed a Revision against the order dated 21.10.2011 which is pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only dates are being fixed and no orders are being passed in the Revision.
Under such circumstances, direction is being issued that the Revision No. 111 of 2012 (Samay Singh Vs. Smt. Ramwati) itself be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
