Petitioners' grievance that work is not being allotted to them by following seniority and uniform practice/rule can more appropriately be examined by respondent no. 3, at the first instance.
This writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent their grievance before respondent no. 3 alongwith a copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of their claim. Such claim of the petitioners would be got examined and in case of need appropriate enquiry would be got conducted. The District Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a further period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
