Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A. G. A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for a direction to transfer the investigation of case crime No. 503 of 2017 under Sections 395, 397 IPC, police station Baldev, district Mathura to some independent agency.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners have remedy open to him by moving appropriate application before the authority concerned/State Government for redressal of their grievances, if so advised.
Present petition accordingly disposed of.
