The petitioners are aggrieved by the order by which the Revision was admitted as by it the petitioners were restrained from further doing any agricultural work on the land in question.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the pattas were cancelled by the courts' below, there was no finding with regard to the fact that the petitioners were not in possession. Therefore, they cannot be prohibited from doing agricultural work.
Under such circumstances, the condition which has been imposed by the Revisional Court that the petitioner would not sow his crops in the land is question is being deleted. Further it is being directed that the Revision No.00509 of 2018 (Computerized No.C-20181800000509 (Ram Babu & Ors. Vs. Land Management Committee) shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
