Heard learned AGA and perused the record. This is the first bail application.
Perusal of the record shows that in the present matter the FIR was lodged on 29.7.2013. The allegation against the the applicant is of committing offence under Sections 323, 307, 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
This matter relates to year 2013. Since then several years have already elapsed and in all probability, the trial in the court below must have been concluded. Even otherwise also, after perusing the record, I do not find any merit in the present bail application.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
