Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A. G. A. for the State and Sri Sushil Kumar Dubey learned counsel for the complainant.
This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.5.2017.
Learned counsel for the complainant has informed the Court that the applicant moved an application under the Juvenile Justice Act in which he has been declared juvenile, aggrieved against which the complainant has filed a revision before this Court and the same is pending.
Thus, in view of the aforesaid, the second bail application has got no meaning and the same is accordingly dismissed.
