The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the name of the applicant is Ramu and not Raunu son of Rakesh and the person named in the F.I.R. is Raunu son of Rakesh. It is further pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant that accused Raunu is in jail.
Shri Dharam Veer Singh, learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A. may file their counter affidavit within ten days.
