JUDGMENT / ORDER

In compliance to the earlier order dated 19.04.2012, Sri Rakesh Srivastava, B.S.A. and Sri Shiv Nath Singh, Finance and Accounts Officer, B.S.A. Office, Sitapur are present in person.
On their behalf, Sri Rakesh Tiwari, submits that a sum of Rs. 87,812 has been transferred to the petitioner's Account and the remaining amount of Rs. 2,33,841 will be transmitted in the petitioner's account within a period of three days.
In view of above, list this case on 30.04.2012.
