The applicant has preferred the present contempt petition for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 27.01.2020 passed in Writ A No. 1363 of 2020 (Ramu Vs. State of U.P. and 7 others).
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court instructions received from the office of opposite party dated 13.08.2021 which was placed by Sri K.R.Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel today in the Court.
From the perusal of the same a decision has already been taken by the State Government on 13.08.2021 stating that the application for compassionate appointment was submitted by the applicant well within five years. It is further stated that the decision for appointment is to be taken by District Level Committee constituted in this regard the matter be placed before the aforesaid committee which is headed by the District Inspector of Schools, Etah.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the District Level Committee headed by District Inspector of Schools, Etah is directed to pass appropriate orders in the matter.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of the parties the present petition is disposed of finally directing the District Level Committee headed by District Inspector of School, Etah to pass appropriate orders in the matter pursuant to the directions of the State Government order dated (13.08.2021/No. 1218/15-5-2021-1601(40)/2021) most expeditiously and positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
