Learned Counsel for the applicant has appended the gang chart as Annexure No.02 of the bail application, according to which the applicant is implicated in three cases and in two cases being Case Crime Nos.179 of 2017 and 78 of 2017 he has been acquitted vide judgement dated 02.04.2021, copy of which has been appended as Annexure No.04, insofar as the third case being Case Crime No.93 of 2017 is concerned, learned Counsel for the applicant states that this case is not registered against the applicant but neither any document has been filed nor anything has been placed before this Court during the course of argument to show that this case is not registered against the applicant.
Learned Counsel for the applicant is directed to file a supplementary affidavit annexing therein a copy of any such document.
Put up this matter again on 15.11.2021 as a fresh.
