Heard Shri Ashok Khare,learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his promotion on the post of lecturer in Economics in Ch. Suraj Singh Zila Panchayat Inter College, Jagir, Mainpuri is not being considered by the respondent no.2 , Regional Promotion Committee, Agra Region, Agra despite petitioner being fully eligible for promotion on the post.
Petitioner is permitted to make fresh comprehensive representation before the respondent no.2, Regional Promotion Committee, Agra Region, Agra ventilating his grievances which shall be considered and decided within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation by respondent no.2 by reason and speaking order in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
