The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that possession of the land which was allotted to him over plot no. 387-Kha on 11.06.2001 was not being given to him.
Under such circumstances, the petitioner may apply under Section 129 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the restoration of his possession. If the petitioner applies within two weeks from today, the application shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
