The transfer order of the petitioner from Kanpur Dehat to Farrukhabad is being challenged in the present petition on the ground that the petitioner is aged about 57 years and has three years to retirement.
The petitioner is seeking protection of 8(viii) of the transfer policy dated 3.6.2019. The submission of the learned Advocate in this regard is found misconceived, in as much as, the said Clause provides a cut off date which is 31.3.2021, whereas the petitioner is to retire much beyond the said date.
Further it is noteworthy that the petitioner was posted in Kanpur Dehat for approximately 14 years.
No interference is required, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
