Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the contesting respondents.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Ghazipur to decide the petitioner's application dated 31.8.2020 forthwith and to get the names of the petitioners entered in the revenue records on Plot No.399 area 1 Bigha, plot no.1091 area 6 Biswa 7 Biswansi, plot no.508 area 1 Bigha, 13 Biswa 2 Biswansi, plot no.508 area 1 Bigha, 8 Biswa situate in Village Dora (Chainpur), Pargana Saidpur, Tehsil Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur without any further delay.
In view of above, it is directed that in case any written representation is moved before the authority concerned- respondent no.2 within a period of three weeks' from today then the same shall be considered and disposed off by way of passing speaking and reasoned order within a period of one month next.
In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off. Cost easy.
