Rule, Mr. M.G. Nanavati, learned APP appears and waives service of rule for the respondent-State.
Having considered submissions advanced by Ms. Subhadra G. Patel, learned Advocate for the applicant, so also considering the medical certificate on record, it is stated that the mother of the applicant-accused is required to be operated for hystectomy on 22/06/2012.
In above view of the matter, the instant application is partly allowed and the applicant-accused is ordered to be released on temporary bail for the period of two weeks from the date of his actual release, on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority, on the condition that on the expiry of the temporary bail period, he shall immediately surrender to the concerned jail authority and shall maintain law and order and shall not misuse his liberty.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
