Appellant Party in person Shri Ramsevak Baburam Tripathi is present but his advocate Ms. G.R. Vijayalakshmi is not present as the Gujarat High Court Bar Association has passed the resolution to abstain from work for two days i.e. 11/7/2012 & 12/7/2012. As learned advocate for the appellant is absent, this Court is unable to proceed further with the matter. The appellant requests to keep the matter on 28/8/2012. Hence, stand over to 28th August, 2012.
