The present 482 Cr.p.C. application has been filed to quash the impugned judgment/order dated 09.08.2018 passed by Court of Child Welfare Committee, Banda relating to case crime no. 108 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366, 506 IPC Police Station- Baberu, District-Banda and further to direct the Government Women Asylum Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur to release the applicant no. 1-Smt. Ramsakhi.
The present application u/s 482 is allowed.
As an interim relief, I hereby direct that the applicant no.1-Smt. Ramsakhi should be released forthwith and should not be taken into custody, if she is not wanted in any other case.
The reasons to follow and detailed order shall be given later.
