Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Civil Suit No. 1486 of 1999 (Ramakan and others Vs. Ram Sabad and others), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application/petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) 6th, Jaunpur, to decide the suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
