THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to first respondent to consider the representation dated 27.10.2017 as per Annexure-E to accept the loan and to execute discharge summary in the name of the petitioners pertaining to property bearing No.24A, 5th Cross, Hosahalli, Vijayanagar, Bengaluru – 40 by releasing the original title deeds.
2. On perusal of the records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the representation dated 27.10.2017 submitted by petitioners, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
