2. Grievance of petitioner is that there is some encroachment on the public path in rural area. If that be so, petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 25 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and when pointed out, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to avail the said remedy.
3. The writ petition is dismissed with the permission as sought for.
