The prayer made in the present petition is to expedite the proceeding of divorce petition No.1294 of 2017 (Ramraj Patel Vs. Savita Devi) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act' 1955.
On a pointed query made by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted that respondent-wife had appeared in the said suit and has filed an application under Section 24 of the Act' 1955 which, the petitioner herein is contesting.
In view of the aforesaid, no direction as such can be given. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
