Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner claims that he has joined as Assistant Teacher vide appointment letter dated 10.7.1988 in the respondent no. 4- Institution. He claims that the Government issued a Circular dated 04.05.2012 granting time to the teachers who were not trained.
The petitioner, in sum and substance, claims that he has obtained the training and thus is entitled for payment of salary equivalent what is being paid to the trained teachers. The petitioner filed a representation before the respondent no. 2, which is pending consideration.
Considering the fact that the dues pending consideration before the respondent no. 2, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 along with copy of this order. In the event such representation is filed the same shall be decided by the respondent no. 2, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the said order.
The writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the said direction.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
