Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
" It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the case no. 476 of 2017, Rampravesh Yadav and others vs Keshnath @ Keshavnath, expeditiously as possible preferably within the stipulated period of time as granted by this Hon'ble Court or to pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
The petitioners are aggrieved as their mutation case filed in the year 2017 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
