JUDGMENT / ORDER

The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 323/2000, expeditiously.
The suit has been filed by the plaintiff respondents and is pending since the year 2000. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the trial is at the stage of recording of evidence of the parties.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2000, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
