The relief claimed in this petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Additional Commissioner), Prayagraj to decide the appeal No. 02028 of 2018, Computerized Case No. C201802000002028, under Section 24(4) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 as expeditiously as possible on its own merits.
This prayer is not opposed by learned standing counsel for the State.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Additional Commissioner), Prayagraj to consider and decide the appeal No. 02028 of 2018, Computerized Case No. C201802000002028 within 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today in PDF Form on its own merits.
It is made clear that this Court is not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
