This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the order dated 20.08.2010 passed in C.M.P.No.1681 of 2010 in S.T.C.No.2632 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai and set aside the same.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above mentioned S.T.C.No.2632 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai itself has been disposed of.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infrucruous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
